Hotel Lake paradise or Hotel Portland or similar

Hotels in Jomsom:-

Hotel Om's Home or similar.

Above price includes:

* Arrival, departure transfers in Pokhara and Kathmandu by private AC car/van/coach as per the program.

* Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara by private AC car/van/coach as per the program.

* Accommodation with all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for 1 night in Kathmandu for 2 nights in Pokhara and 1 night in Jomsom.

* Cable car tickets to visit Manakamana temple.

* Permit fee for Muktinath, Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP)

* Airfare Pokhara/Jomsom/Pokhara.  

* Charges of group joining Jeep/bus (non AC) drive for Jomsom/Muktinath/Jomsom

* Domestic airport tax.

Price does not includes:        

* Extra cost of transportation, accommodation and meals in the event of flight cancellation delayed or any other reason whatsoever. 

* Guide and entrance fees of monuments during sightseeing tours in Kathmandu and

Pokhara.

* Bed tea, evening tea cold drinks etc.

* Boating on Phewa Lake.

* Expenses of personal nature.

* Any other cost not mentioned as included.

Validity –

We will endeavor to maintain the rates up-to Sept 30, 2023, but in the event of increase in the airfare, transportation cost, tax, Manakamana cable car ticket, Muktinath permit fee or under any circumstances beyond our control are subject to change accordingly.

Tour leader discount:

For a group booking of minimum 15 paying pax, we will offer one pax (16^th person) complimentary as tour leader. 

Booking and confirming the tour:

Tour bookings are accepted until 45 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu. Unless other prior arrangements have been made, bookings are confirmed only after receiving scanned copy of passport along with non-refundable

deposit of INR 10000.00 per person for Indian Nationals and US $ 200.00 per person for Foreign nationals/NRI.

Payment, refund, non-refund:

Unless other prior arrangements have been made, balance of the total tour cost must be paid to us at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu from India/abroad. Failing which, booking shall stand cancelled and initial deposit payment (INR 10000.00 / US $ 200.00) shall be forfeited. However, if tour is cancelled for any reasons beyond our control, deposited amount to confirm the booking will be refunded in full.

Failing which, booking shall stand cancelled and initial deposit payment (INR 10000.00 OR us $ 200.00) shall be forfeited. However, if tour is cancelled for any reasons beyond our control, deposited amount to confirm the booking will be refunded in full or can be adjusted with one of the tours leaving on different date as per your wish.    

Cancellation policy:

Notification for cancellation must be made by sending mail to us. Verbal notice will not be entertained.

if any participant cancels the trip due sickness or for any reasons whatsoever, there will not be any refund at all and hence, cannot be adjusted with any service provided from the point of cancelling the trip. All the extra expenses involved in surface/air transportation, accommodation, treatment etc. should be borne by the concerned participant or by the next of kin of the participant.

Any extra cost to be borne by the participants are liable to be collected directly in Kathmandu before their departure flight.

Detail list of equipment, medicines, information on altitude sickness, physical fitness and other important information will be furnished upon receiving scanned copy of passport and initial payment of INR 10000.00 / US $ 200.00 per person.

Advance payment to confirm the booking can be made to our bank account in Kathmandu or in India. Details of these bank accounts will be provided on request.
